Supplier–Client Connections

Matching reliable suppliers with buyers across Kenya, East Africa, and international markets.

Supplier preparing goods for a buyer relationship

Overview

Finding a reliable supplier, or a serious buyer, is often the hardest part of growing a trading relationship. We introduce suppliers and clients to each other across a range of sectors, applying the same diligence-minded, facilitator approach we use throughout the firm — we make the introduction and support the coordination; the commercial relationship and its terms remain between the two parties.

Who this is for

Suppliers seeking credible buyers, and buyers seeking reliable suppliers, across Kenya, East Africa, and international markets.

Business needs this addresses

  • Introductions to counterparties who are a credible, serious fit — not just a long list of contacts.
  • Coordination support while a new supplier–buyer relationship is established.
  • A facilitator who understands both sides of the relationship well enough to make a sensible match.

What we provide

  • Identifying and introducing suppliers and buyers whose needs and capacity are a credible match.
  • Coordination support during the early stages of a new supplier–client relationship.
  • Guidance on the practical steps — documentation, logistics, quality verification — that typically accompany a new trading relationship.

Frequently asked questions

Do you take a share of the deals you introduce?

Our fee arrangements are agreed with each client directly and are not taken as an undisclosed cut of a buyer–supplier transaction. Terms are discussed before any introduction work begins.

How do you vet suppliers or buyers before introducing them?

We apply reasonable, practical diligence appropriate to the introduction, but we do not warrant a counterparty's performance. Clients should still carry out their own due diligence before committing to any transaction.

Qualifications & limitations
